Returns

If you need to return item(s) we will assist you.

• A 20% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned items.  A return authorization number must be issued before returns will be accepted.  Schutt Sports will provide the proper paperwork along with the shipping label with the address where the return MUST be sent.  If returns are sent to any other location from, the return will be refused and sent back to you on a freight collected basis.  Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.  All sales are final 30 days after the invoice date.  You must also provide the invoice number at the time of return request.
• If product is returned that is not included on the original return authorization you will be charged 30% restock fee for these items.
• All products must be returned in original quality condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories, to insure the full credit.  No credit will be given for product returned in less than 1st quality condition. 
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We will not accept any collect deliveries for returns.  You will be refunded the cost of shipping if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a data/shipping error on our part.
• Credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving the product at Schutt Sports Distribution Center.
• All custom orders are non-returnable.  This includes the custom chest protectors as well as any special painted helmets, or helmets with attached guards.
