Is your site secure?

Yes, all credit card transactions use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption to ensure that your information is protected. Additionally, we do not store customer credit card information. All credit card charges are applied upon order placement.

Can I save my shopping cart if I am not ready to purchase?
A.
Yes, you can save your shopping cart with your profile information and retrieve it when you return to the site.
Q.
How will you ship my item(s)?
A.

All items will be shipped via UPS. If alternate shipping is availble for an item, then those options will be displayed at check-out. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee orders will be shipped same or next business day. Shipping date is determined by our manufacturers, but all expedited shipping orders are given first priority and will be shipped via the method selected.

How do I properly fit my Schutt batting helmet/equipment?
A.

Fitting a batting helmet and your equipment correctly is extremely important. We have worked to provide the fitting guidelines for each helmet as provided by Schutt Sports on the product detail pages of our helmets. If you cannot find this information for a particular helmet, DO NOT use the fitting guide for another helmet. In this cases, we recommend visiting the Schutt Sports website to find the helmet you need. The fitting guide should be available.

How soon after an order is placed is it processed for delivery?
A.

Orders are automatically submitted to our various manufacturers upon order placements. Orders placed before 12:00PM CST Monday through Friday are typically processed same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST or after regular business hours (M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST) are processed on the next business day. Orders requested for expedited (3-Day) shipping are NOT guaranteed to go out next day. They are submitted with expedited shipping request and will be shipped via expedited UPS shipping as soon as possible. If an expedited order will require more than 2 days lead before shipping, you will be notified via email. For standard shipping items, orders that will require more than 5 - 7 business day lead time will also get an email notification of the expected delay. Once your order has been picked up by UPS for delivery, you will receive an email from our system with the UPS tracking number for your records.

Please note that June through October is the busiest season for our store as well as most of our manufacters. Delays of 5 - 7 business days on orders, including expedited orders, is not uncommon. We work hard with our manufacturers to make sure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, but these delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Q.
I received my order and the part is incorrect/damaged. What should I do now?
A.

Please send us an email and be sure to include your Spinmarket Sports Order ID# (provided on the confirmation email you received from the site and also on your UPS tracking email) to report the issue. Our orders are shipped factory direct, so we will work to get a return authorization form generated from the correct manufacturer and your order returned as quickly as possible. If a replacement order is requested, we can also handle at that time.

Q.
I am looking for a specific product and don't see it on your website. How can I find out if you have it?
A.

We carry all equipment and accessories offered by Schutt Sports with the exception of varsity football helmets and varsity football shoulder pads. If you do not see a specific item listed on the website, please be sure to email us to request pricing.

Q.
I have decided that I do not need/want the item I purchased and received. How do I send it back?
A.

Please notify us via email  if you need to return your order for any reason (be sure to include you Order ID# in the email). Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they were received in a timely manner and were not defective or incorrect. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost. If a replacement order is placed at the time of the requested return, the returned items are subject to a maximum 10% restocking fee.

Please DO NOT ship your order to the Spinmarket Sports office address. All of our orders are shipped factory direct and you will incur additional penalty costs for items not returned with a proper RA# to the correct location.

What is "lead time" for products?
A.

"Lead Time" refers to the time the manufacturer of any specific product to customize or assemble a product. For example, helmets requested with black padding conversion kits installed require additional time for the manufacturer to remove the standard white padding and install the black padding. Please always check the category page as well as the product detail page to see if your order item is subject to lead time for fulfillment.

All Schutt helmets are manufactured in the United States and are made upon ordering. Therefore, helmet order will typically require 3 - 5 business day lead time prior to shipping regardless of shipping method selected. Please factor that in when selecting your shipping method.

How do I know if an item on the site is in stock?
A.

Spinmarket Sports fulfills order through direct shipment from our manufacturers and therefore we do not stock products at our location. The ability to purchase an item on our site does not guarantee it is in stock. We make every effort to keep the site updated with information regarding lead time and delayed shipping dates. When purchasing, please be sure to read the product description information to see if a delay is anticipated for that particular item.

There are times when we place an order with our manufacturer and discover that the item has been discontinued or is out of stock. If an order item is discontinued, Spinmarket Sports will notify you via email on the next business day to provide options. If an order shipping date (standard shipping) is expected to be delayed by more than 5 - 7 business days, Spinmarket Sports will notify you via email. For expedited orders, you will be notified if a delay of more than 2 business days is expected.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
A.

We do not currently offer shipping for international customers. In order to place an order on our website you need to have a valid US shipping address.

Q.
I received my order correctly, but the size / color isn't what I want. How can I return the item(s) and get a replacement in another size / color?
A.

To return the items you do not want, please contact us to get an RA# generated from our manufacturers. You will need to follow the manufacturer instructions provided with the RA# to ensure you get proper credit for the return of your order. Orders items returned that were delivered correctly and in good condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Since Spinmarket Sports does not retain customer credit card information, you will need to enter in a new order for any replacement items you wish to receive.Please be sure to notify customer service that you placed a replacement order and provide the replacement order number. We will waive the 20% restocking fee for returns with a replacement order.

Do you offer discounts for team or quantity orders?

Yes, Spinmarket Sports supports all competitive and recreational leagues. We will be happy to work with your team to provide quality products at a competitive price. Please email us to discuss your team needs and we can provide you with custom pricing options.

Do you offer additional discounts on your merchandise?

Spinmarket Sports offers promotional codes both at the manufacturer level as well as the individual item level. There are a number of ways for you to be notified.
